Art Rasmussen returned as manager for 1930.

As the season progressed the Dukes played some of their home games in nearby communmities. In mid July the Dukes played some double headers in Exeter Nebraska and later in the month a double header was played against Fairbury in Fairmont .

Roster:
Hark Schrieber led the team in batting with a .342 average while tending the left field garden. He was acquired by Oklahoma City at the end of the season.

Jack Smith played first base for the Dukes in 1930 and averaged .323.

An all star at shortstop White averaged .324 in 69 games.

Bolen roamed in center field and averaged .288.

Lloyd Betts played in the dirt at second base and averaged .301

Catching for the Dukes in 1930 ws James Burke . He averaged .238.

Otto Matulka played in 81 games and averaged .275.

William Seebold (Seibold) played in 54 games and averaged .251

Ehlers played in 67 games and averaged .263.

Ed Clark played 3rd for 68 games, 119 total, and averaged .281.

Others included Traul who played in 16 games and averaged an incredible .354, Wyland was in 11 games and averaged .281. Lasater played in 10 games and averaged .250, while Lawrence was in 53 games and averaged .224.

Pitchers:
Otto Matulka was 17-9 in 28 games.

Tom Railsback was 14-12 in 32 games.

Glen Rickey was in 7 games and had a 3-3 record.

Art Rasmussen appeared in 25 games and had a 4-7 record.

Earl Langkop was 7-12 in 32 games.
